If your gear isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your RSA account and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
